As Manifest continues to transfer participant accounts, it's very important to us that we measure our impact. Data is only good if it's useful. Employers, retirement providers, and participants need your help to be able to understand the effects an efficient transfer solution would have on their retirement plans.
Manifest has partnered with Washington University in St. Louis to analyze the historical data of 59,500 participants. We have information about their post-termination behaviors by race, gender, demographic, and age.
There are three main areas of responsibility for this position: 1) understanding the drivers of our business model, 2) designing methods to measure our impact on our existing user base, and 3) modeling out how Manifest would affect different organizations.
